Server failures within an AWS availability zone at 6:40pm Eastern time, on August 2nd, 2018, resulted in approximately two minutes of unplanned downtime with the Diagnotes web and mobile applications for a portion of our users. As designed, the system quickly corrected itself, and no data loss occurred.
