Failures with attachments

Resolved
Starting around 3pm Eastern, our primary cloud provider, AWS, started reported degradation of services. Attachments in Diagnotes utilize one of the services experiencing degradation/failures. As such, attachments in Diagnotes may or may not upload successfully at this time.

An update from AWS at 5pm Eastern indicates that they have resolved most or all of the issues. Thus attachments in Diagnotes should work as expected again very soon.
